Zhejiang huaxing Feather & Down Products Co., Ltd. is situated in Lin¡¯an which is 50 minutes by car to beautiful Hangzhou. It was established in 1988 and after 17 years development we have become one of the biggest export manufacturer of Down and Feather as well as the relative products. The sales volume in 2004 was above 40 million USD. We are working in the new factory from May, 2004 which has been invested about 10 million USD and covers 60,000 sq.ms.
The products in our factory are various from down beddings and garments to all kinds of beddings products like Quilt, Pillow, Mattress ( the filling mainly include down, polyester, wool, silk floss, camel hair), Quilt Cover, Sheet, etc.) . All producing procedures and productions are strictly carried out according to ISO9000 and öko standard. At present, our products are mainly exported to Europe, America and Japan.
Our factory is equipped with 1000 sewing machines, 12 single-needle computerized quilting machines, 2 multi-needle computerized quilting machines£¬10 needle-***ecting machines and 4 washing lines. The annual reaches more than 1.8 million pieces down quilts, 2 million pieces feather pillows, 1 million pieces poly quilts and 1 million pieces poly pillows. We also have built a down processing factory in the down material base in 2002 to purchase material for our factory and have the simple processing.
